
Initiation
During this phase a high-level view (scope) of the intended project and goals of the project has been determined. This phase provides a complete description of all the functions and specifications of the software to be designed. It is the initial stage in the SDLC that has to be performed and includes the information about the requirements for the proposed system.
Requirement Gathering Analysis Phase
During this phase complete behavior of the system to be created by “Analyst” which includes all the interactions the users will have with the software, validations, all the business logics and suggested Business Process Re engineering.

- Business Analyst, Senior Management, Client.
Deliverables
- Business requirement Document
- Functional Requirement Document
- Project Plan (including effort and cost estimation)
